C1. Issues fixed since R8.4 release (8.4.3026/8.4.3005)
----------------------------------------------------

Issue fixed in 8.4 M2 release (8.4.3485.0/8.4.3480.0)
-------------------------------------------------

- Dell P2415 monitors connected to DisplayPort of DL-6xxx devices occasionally
can remain blank after resume from S3 or S4. (27085)
- The DisplayLink driver can misread registry settings which would result in
the driver failing to operate after an OS upgrade.
  This was a regression in 8.4 M0. (26882)
- 4Kp60 mode might not be available on LC-43UB30U TVs. (26859)
- Unreliable Dell M9N09 DP to VGA converter sometimes failed to offer
  1920x1080 resolution. (26842)
- The default microphone level is set very low on DL-3xxx/DL-5xxx/DL-6xx0
  devices. (26710)
- Pop noise can be heard when using MS Voice Recording
  on DL-6xx0 devices. (26709)
- Pop noise can be heard when plugging headset into a DL-6xx0 device. (26709)
- Ethernet auto negotiation could fail if only two pairs were present
in the Ethernet cable on DL-3xxx/DL-5xxx/DL-6xx0 devices. (25749)

Issue fixed in 8.4 M1 release (8.4.3345/8.4.3326)
-------------------------------------------------

- Use DisplayLink audio driver instead of Microsoft inbox audio 2.0 class
driver for selected hardware to avoid a video player error which could
  sometimes prevent playback (26871)

===============================
System behaviour with DisplayLink attached screens has been well tested.
Testing covers plug/unplug, mode changes, playing video, hibernate,
sleep/standby, multiple users, different user rights, attached screen as
primary screen, attached screen as only screen, and other aspects.

 - When upgrading from R8.1, disconnecting and re-plugging the USB of the
product using DisplayLink technology is necessary (25057, 25075)

 - Windows 7 requires Microsoft KB3033929 or later installed to validate
SHA-256 driver signature hashing. SHA1 has been deprecated (23965)

 - Devices with mass storage or auto-install are not supported by Windows
10 Anniversary Update UMDF USB driver DisplayLink uses (21959)

 - Windows 10 Anniversary Update sets the wrong preferred mode 9124025
   (23871)
